The biggest mobile technology event “Mobile World Congress” ended yesterday in Barcelona, more than 25,000 exhibitors went to the event to see new mobile technology.
The award for Best Smartphones of 2012 at the MWC 2013 in Barcelona this year was “delivered” to the Samsung Galaxy S3, beating iPhone 5, Nokia Lumia 920 and HTC Droid DNA. The decision is based on the impact of each on the market, the price, and of course the success of each model.
Apple has also lost the battle of the tablet: the award for Best Tablet of 2012 went to Nexus 7 by Asus, in my opinion it did not deserved. In addition Samsung managed to get another award for “Best Mobile Enabled Consumer Electronics Device” for its Galaxy Camera, and was named Device Manufacturer of the Year.
